With a strong background in hospitality and customer service, Diana is known for her attentive and caring approach to both clients and colleagues. Her ability to foster a positive and efficient environment has consistently contributed to team success and customer satisfaction.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Diana enjoys staying active by going for walks and indulging in books that offer both relaxation and knowledge. She is particularly passionate about reading up on investment trends and strategies, continuously expanding her understanding of the financial landscape.

GREGORY KLUMPP – DIRECTOR

Gregory has been providing financial advice to clients since 1994, having been a trusted adviser to a large number of his current clients for more than 20 years.

ADAM HINZE – DIRECTOR

Adam has worked in the banking and finance industry since 1989, gaining valuable experience and insights that would see him become a respected & senior Financial Planner at Westpac Banking Corporation, then a founding partner of Harness Financial Services in 2006.

COURTNEY MANT

As our resident paraplanner and administration extraordinaire, Courtney brings a wealth of passion and knowledge to her role. Courtney has been in the industry since 2016, where she began working as an administration assistant alongside her studies at the University of Sunshine Coast.

LEANNE HINZE

Since 2006, Leanne has been an integral part of the dedicated Harness customer service team, assisting with the needs of high net worth clients while keeping everyday operations smooth and successful.

CLAIRE HALL

Claire has been the paraplanner and administration extraordinaire of the Harness Financial Services team since July 2023.
